We will work with our mail-provider to determine the cause of this incident in order to prevent this from happening again.

Monitoring -
We are seeing recoveries since 09:54 and mail is being delivered again. Mail that was sent during the outage will be delivered with a delay on the next delivery attempt by the mail-daemon.
We are currently monitoring the situation with our upstream provider to ensure the issue is completely resolved.

Our upstream e-mail provider has confirmed the issue is on their end. They are currently urgently working on a fix for this issue.
Once we receive further details, we will update the incident.

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing outgoing mail delivery issues. Because of this e-mails are being held in the mailqueue and delivery is delayed.
This is currently being investigated by our upstream provider. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
